ProForm 1050E Elliptical Review

The Proform 1050E Elliptical is an attractive Rear Drive Elliptical with some cool bells & whistles!

The Proform 1050E Elliptical has an adjustable 19” to 21” stride. Proform is calling this their new Super Ramp™ technology. Essentially this technology accomplishes what most adjustable ellipticals offer, the ability to adjust stride & the ability to work out different muscle groups. It is a nice feature.

The Proform 1050E Elliptical is packed with cool features. Proform starts with iFit® Workout Card Technology which is common on most Icon products. The card system allows you to workout to the voice of Jillian Michaels while automatically adjusting resistance levels. The 1050E also has built in sensors in the handle bars to monitor your heart rate during your workout.

Other Features of the 1050E are:

  • 20 Resistance Levels
  • 20 Performance Workouts, 2 Calorie Burning Workouts, & 2 Create & Save™ Workouts
  • In-Handle Quick-Touch™ Controls
  • IPOD or MP3 player docking station with built-in Intermix Acoustics™ 2.0 Speakers
  • Backlit Grafixx™ high-resolution, easy-to-read display

The Proform 1050E Elliptical has a lifetime Warranty on the Frame, but only 1 year on parts and labor. We suggest a good extended service plan.

I really like rear drive ellipticals, and the Proform 1050E Elliptical has an abundance of goodies to lust over. For less than $1,000 you can get this elliptical, including shipping to your curb, with a good extended warrantee. This makes for a good machine at a Great Value!
