The only place we were able to find a Xterra Free Style 5.4e review was at the Treadmill Doctor site. They for one reason or another are not too keen on the Xterra brand:

Conclusion

The Xterra Free Style 5.4e is right on the line of being a lower end elliptical and being a higher end elliptical. It is about $150 more than the lowest model in the Xterra lineup, but only $50 cheaper than the second highest model in the line. In a case like this, I’d recommend paying the extra $50 for all the extra features and specs you’ll get on the next level elliptical.

The difference between the 4.0e and the 5.4e is minimal, while the difference between the 5.4e and the 5.6e is huge. You’d pay $200 more for a small difference, but only $250 more for a huge difference. I’d definitely recommend checking out the 5.6e in this case.
