Gold’s Gym Stride Trainer 380 Elliptical Review

The Stride Trainer 380 Elliptical has a maximum user weight of 250 pounds, however I would not trust it with anyone near that weight.

The Trainer 380 has a footprint of 55”L x 26”W. It does have convenient transport wheels, as do most of the Gold’s Gym ellipticals. The wheels combined with its light weight allow you to easily move the elliptical wherever you want to place it in your home or apartment.

Smooth Agile DMT Elliptical Review

Ohiyo!

Today I got the chance to personally review the new Smooth Agile DMT (Dynamic Motion Trainer), and it is everything I could have asked for in an Elliptical and more. At first sight I thought someone brought back an elliptical from the future, and in a sense the Sensei was right. The Agile DMT is the next generation in elliptical trainers and it is easy to see why. Where all other ellipticals struggle, this single machine excels.
